713 is a smoke-free building – that means no cigars, ciggys, marijuana, or vaping- $500 FINE

No burning of candles, incense, or essential oils.

The number of guests in each unit should be equivalent to the number of guests on the reservation. Guests will be at risk of forfeiting their deposit and may be asked to leave 😒

You must meet your guests in the lobby and accompany to your room.

The lobby space is available to any of the guests at 713, please be respectful of your fellow travelers and clean up after yourself.
